大学生“积极废人”的形成机理及引导策略

Forming Mechanism and Guiding Strategy of College Students'"Positive Loser"

针对大学生群体中出现的“积极废人”现象,指出该现象折射出部分大学生不甘现状又不思进取的矛盾而无奈的心态,不仅影响学生的长远发展,而且事关高校立德树人根本任务的落实,应对此加以引导。阐述了大学生“积极废人”的表征,从心态积极和行动消极两方面论述了大学生“积极废人”的形成机理,指出高校应从课程浸润、实践锤炼、文化熏陶、媒体协同等方面着力,帮助大学生强化责任担当意识、培养求真务实作风、激发干事创业热情、培育积极健康心态。

In view of the phenomenon of"positive loser"appearing in the group of college students,This paper points out that this phenomenon reflects the mentality of contradiction and helplessness of some college students who are unwilling to face the current situation but lack enough action,it not only affects the long-term development of students,but also affects the implementation of the fundamental task of foster character and civic virtue,and should be guided.This paper expounds the characterization of college students'"positive loser",and elaborates the formation mechanism of college students'"positive loser"from two aspects of positive attitude and negative action.It is pointed out that colleges and universities should focus on the following aspects:curriculum infiltration,practice training,cultural edification,media coordination,etc.,to help college students to strengthen their sense of responsibility,cultivate their realistic and pragmatic style,stimulate their entrepreneurial enthusiasm,and cultivate a positive and healthy mentality.
