基于可制造性设计规范的工艺检查系统研发分析

摘要 介绍了自动工艺检查系统与可制造性设计,阐述了应用可制造性设计的意义,根据企业的实际状况,分析了模具行业的工艺检查系统融入可制造性设计规范的可行性与关键研究内容,提出了可制造性设计的工艺检查规则及其与ERP系统的集成与应用。指出研发基于可制造性设计规范的工艺检查系统、规划完善通用检查流程、优化自动工艺检查思路,有利于实现设计和制造工艺的协同效应、提供便利的工艺审查路径、提高生产效率,为信息化平台建设打下良好的基础。 The automatic process inspection system and design for manufacturability(DFM)are introduced,and the significance of applying DFM is expounded.According to the actual situation of enterprises,the feasibility and key research contents of integrating process inspection system of mould industry into DFM specification are analyzed,and the process inspection rules of DFM and its integration and application with ERP system are proposed.It is pointed out that the research and development of process inspection system based on DFM specification,planning and improving the general inspection process,and optimizing the idea of automatic process inspection are conducive to realize the synergy effect of design and manufacturing process,provide convenient process review path,improve production efficiency,and lay a good foundation for the construction of information platform.
