摘要 目的:探究热应激联合308 nm准分子光对白癜风疗效及T细胞亚群的影响。方法:纳入我院2018年1月—2019年1月100例白癜风患者,将其根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各50例。对照组采用308 nm准分子光治疗,观察组采用热应激联合308 nm准分子光治疗,比较两组临床疗效、T细胞亚群及炎性因子变化。结果:观察组总有效率(95.83%)高于对照组(81.25%),差异有统计学意义(x^2=5.01,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组辅助性T淋巴细胞17(Th17)比例、白细胞介素17(IL-17)、白细胞介素23(IL-23)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为132.44、46.92、32.70,P值均<0.05);观察组面颈部、躯干部、四肢部、手足部皮损有效率均高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论:热应激联合308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风可提高疗效,改善T细胞亚群水平。 Objective:To investigate the effects of heat stress combined with 308 nm excimer light on vitiligo and T cell subsets.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,100 patients with vitiligo from our clinic were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases per group.The treatment group was treated with heat stress combined with 308 nm excimer light,while subjects treated with 308 nm excimer light alone served as controls.Clinical efficacy,changes in T cell subsets and inflammatory cytokines were compared between these two groups.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the controls(x^2=5.01,P<0.05).In parallel,proportion of helper T lymphocytes(Th17),levels of IL-17 and IL-23 were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the controls(all P<0.05).Moreover,the effective rate of different skin lesions in the treatment group was also higher than that in the controls(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat stress combined with 308 nm excimer light can improve the efficacy and T cell subsets in vitiligo.
