城市文化传承视角下历史街区的保护性开发与更新——以海口骑楼老街为例

The Protective Development and Renewal of Historic Districts from the Perspective of Urban Cultural Inheritance——Taking Haikou Qilou Old Street as an Example

城市历史街区是城市历史发展的积累与演变,其融合了一个城市独特的风格和丰富的文化内涵。作为海南最具特色的历史街区,海口骑楼老街历史建筑和文化景观众多,具有较高的文化、旅游和商业价值。然而,海口骑楼老街正在逐渐缺失活力,城市文化也难以渗透进建筑内部。文章根据"随着时代的发展,骑楼文化在保持原有文化内涵的同时,进行有机更新,进一步满足现代社会的需求,使其产生新的活力"的观点,对海口骑楼老街的保护性开发和更新进行调查和研究,在城市文化传承视角下提出对传统历史街区的特色提升策略,以期可以结合文化和空间构造优化街道系统,激活海口骑楼老街的文化记忆,进一步发掘其文化内涵。

The urban historical block is the accumulation and evolution of the historical development of the city,which combines the unique style and rich cultural connotation of a city.As the most distinctive historical block in Hainan,Haikou Qilou Old Street has many historical buildings and cultural landscapes,and has high cultural,tourism and commercial value.However,Qikou Old Street in Haikou is gradually losing vitality,and urban culture is also difficult to penetrate into the building.The article protects Haikou Qilou Old Street from the viewpoint of "with the development of the times,the Qilou culture maintains the original cultural connotation,and is organically updated to further meet the needs of modern society and make it generate new vitality." Develop and update to conduct surveys and researches,and propose strategies to enhance the characteristics of traditional historical blocks from the perspective of urban cultural inheritance,hoping to combine a more optimized street system with culture and space structure,activate the cultural memory of Qikou Old Street in Haikou,and further explore its culture connotation.
