摘要
功能主义城市倡导的机动车交通主导下的城市发展模式将城市居民的步行行为边缘化。倡导人本街道设计、让城市回归街道生活的声音日益强烈。本文通过分析人本视角下伦敦城市步行交通的发展理念,归纳伦敦受欢迎和不受欢迎的步行区特征,解读伦敦可步行性街道空间营造经验:修建和管理步行性街道、步行规划设计和步行与公共交通相结合,并从交通发展观念、步行街道管理和步行环境设计三个方面提出我国步行街道营造的优化建议,以期为我国城市步行空间构建提供借鉴。
The urban development model dominated by motorized traffic advocated by functionalist cities marginalizes the walking behavior of urban residents,and advocates human-centered street design,and the voice of returning the city to street life is increasingly strong.This article analyzes the development concept of London’s pedestrian traffic from a human perspective,summarizes the characteristics of London’s popular pedestrian areas and undesirable pedestrian areas,and interprets London’s experience in building walkable street spaces:building and managing pedestrian streets,walking Planning and design combine walking with public transportation,and propose optimization suggestions for the construction of pedestrian streets in China from three aspects:transportation development concept,pedestrian street management and pedestrian environment design,with a view to providing reference for the construction of urban pedestrian space in China.
