摘要
借助微波辅助机械范畴当中的剔选技术来针对不同区域混凝土予以剔选,进而利用选择出来的骨料来针对再生混凝土相关物理力学性能进行分析及研究。根据研究结果显示,在回弹值方面,一般混凝土同再生混凝土之间十分相似,即两者的表明硬度也接近;同时借助抗压强度试验的方式测试得知,在抗压强度方面,相比普通混凝土而言,再生混凝土要略低一些,分析其破坏形态发现两者经历了相同的破坏阶段,破坏的裂纹都是沿着其竖向与横向方向发展,但再生混凝土在破坏过程中表层的混凝土剥落提前一些。在一定的条件下,再生骨料可以替代天然骨料进行回收利用,同样也说明了微波辅助机械的工艺剔选出的再生骨料的优越性。
Selecting concrete for different areas by means of the selection technique in the microwave assisted mechanical category,then the selected aggregates are used to analyze and study the physical and mechanical properties of recycled concrete.The results show that the rebound between the concrete and the recycled concrete is very similar,that is,the two indicate the same hardness.At the same time,by means of the compressive strength test,it is found that in terms of compressive strength,compared with ordinary concrete,the recycled concrete is slightly lower,and the failure mode is analyzed.It is found that both have experienced the same failure stage,and the cracks are broken.It is developed along its vertical and lateral directions,but the surface of the recycled concrete is peeled off in advance during the destruction process.Under certain conditions,recycled aggregates can be used in place of natural aggregates for recycling,as well as the superiority of recycled aggregates selected by microwave assisted machinery.
