摘要
针对废弃混凝土制备全再生细骨料中试研究需求,进行中试设备选型、中试生产线的设计以及工艺优选研究。优选出PE-250×400颚式破碎机进行一次粗破碎,振动给料机、圆振动筛、PCX-8040高效细碎机循环制砂的中试设备和工艺,并制备出性能满足GB/T 25176—2010《混凝土和砂浆用再生细骨料》要求的全再生细骨料。全再生细骨料优良的颗粒级配、较高的表观密度、较低的压碎指标和吸水率,使得其能够全取代河砂用于制备混凝土。
In order to meet the pilot-scale research requirements of recycled total-fine aggregate from waste concrete,equipment selection,process research and the production line design were completed.PE-250×400 jaw crusher was used for single rough crushing.Circular vibration screen,vibration feeder and PCX-8040 hammer crusher were used for cyclic sand making.By using optimal pilot-scale process,recycled total-fine aggregate with properties meeting the requirements of"Recycled fine aggregate for concrete and mortar"was prepared.The fine grain composition,high apparent density,low crushing index and low water absorption make recycled total-fine aggregate able to completely replace river sand for preparing concrete.
