囊袋张力环及人工晶状体植入术对悬韧带松弛的白内障的疗效

Efficacy of capsular tension ring and toric intraocular lens implantation on cataract with relaxation of zonules

目的观察囊袋张力环(CTR)及散光型人工晶状体(toric IOL)植入术对悬韧带松弛的白内障合并角膜散光患者的治疗效果。方法回顾性病例对照研究。选取2018年9月至2019年11月宁波爱尔光明眼科医院伴有角膜散光的白内障58例(69眼),所有患者分为两组:伴有悬韧带松弛或离断者为观察组,17例(21眼),行toric IOL及CTR植入术;悬韧带完好者为对照组,41例(48眼),单纯植入toric IOL。结果两组患者的基线资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后不同时间点两组间残余散光度及人工晶状体轴位偏差度的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对伴有悬韧带松弛或小范围离断的白内障合并角膜散光患者,toric IOL及CTR植入术可以有效矫正散光,并保持旋转稳定性。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of capsular tension ring(CTR)and toric IOL implantation in cataract patients with corneal astigmatism and relaxation of zonules.Methods This was a retrospective case-control study.A total of 69 eyes of 58 patients with cataract and corneal astigmatism from Sep.2018 to Nov.2019 in Ningbo Aier Guangming Eye Hospital were selected.All cases were divided into two groups.The observation group,21 eyes of 17 cases with relaxation or breakage of zonules were implanted with toric IOL and CTR.The control group,48 eyes of 41 cases with intact zonules were implanted with toric IOL only.Results There was no statistically significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in residual astigmatism at different times after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).And there was no statistically significant difference in deviation of lens axis at different times after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Toric IOL and CTR implantation for patients with cataract and corneal astigmatism,accompanied by and relaxation of zonules or small-scale disconnection,can effecttively correct astigmatism and maintain the rotational stability of toric IOL after operation.
