益气养阴散结汤加减辅助治疗对甲状腺癌术后患者甲状腺功能及CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+的影响

Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction on Thyroid Function and CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in Patients with Thyroid Cancer after Operation

目的探究益气养阴散结汤加减辅助治疗对THCA术后患者甲状腺功能及CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2019年10月收治的60例THCA术后患者进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益气养阴散结汤加减治疗。2组疗程均为1个月。评估2组治疗后临床疗效;记录2组治疗前后全血CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平及血清FT3、FT4、TSH水平。记录治疗后2组不良反应情况。结果观察组临床总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的36.67%(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平升高,且观察组高于对照组;CD8^+水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后血清FT3、FT4、TSH水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后观察组血清FT3、FT4水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组;血清TSH水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论益气养阴散结汤加减辅助治疗THCA术后能显著改善口疮、心悸等症状,调节CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平,改善甲状腺功能,不良反应发生率低,临床疗效好。

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie decoction on thyroid function and CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in THCA patients after operation.Methods 60 patients admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected for retrospective analysis THCA postoperative patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,with 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with levomethoxine sodium tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in the 2 groups was 1 month.The clinical efficacy after treatment in group 2 was evaluated.The levels of whole blood CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+and serum FT3,FT4,TSH and the adverse reaction before and after treatment in group 2 were recorded.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than 36.67%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+levels before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).The CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the CD8^+level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum FT3,FT4,TSH levels before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).The serum FT3,FT4 level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the serum TSH level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in group 2(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie decoction to assist in the treatment of THCA after operation can significantly improve mouth sore palpitations and other symptoms,regulate CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+level,improve thyroid function,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the clinical effect.
