参芪化瘀汤辅助治疗对脓毒症患者炎性因子及D-二聚体的影响

Effect of Shenqi Huayu Decoction on Inflammatory Factors and D-dimer in Patients with Sepsis

目的探讨参芪化瘀汤对脓毒症患者的治疗效果及对其机体炎症因子、D-二聚体水平的影响情况。方法选取2018年11月—2020年6月收治的78例脓毒症患者作为本次研究对象并予以随机数字表法分组。对照组(39例)实施常规西医治疗,研究组(39例)在对照组治疗基础上加用参芪化瘀汤,记录2组治疗效果、治疗前后炎性因子及D-D等指标变化情况。结果 2组治疗前中医证候积分对比,P>0.05,治疗后研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(组间、组内对比,P<0.05);2组治疗前PCT、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、D-D水平对比,均P>0.05,治疗后研究组PCT、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、D-D水平低于对照组(组间、组内对比,均P<0.05)。结论应用参芪化瘀汤辅助治疗脓毒症患者疗效确切,有利于降低其机体炎性因子、D-D水平,改善效果。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Huayu decoction on sepsis patients and its influence on the levels of inflammatory factors and D-dimer.Methods 78 patients with sepsis treated in our hospital from November 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into groups.The control group(n=39)was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group(n=39)was treated with Shenqi Huayu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,changes of inflammatory factors and D-D before and after treatment were recorded.Results Before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared(P>0.05),while after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PCT,CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand D-D in the two groups before treatment were all P>0.05,while the levels of PCT,CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand D-D in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05 between and within groups).Conclusion Shenqi Huayu decoction is effective in the adjuvant treatment of sepsis patients,which is beneficial to reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and D-D in the body.
