益气养阴祛瘀汤结合针刺治疗脑梗死恢复期临床观察

The Therapeutic Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Quyu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Convalescence Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨益气养阴祛瘀汤结合针刺治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年7月—2019年12月接受治疗的脑梗死恢复期患者46例的临床资料,按照治疗方案的不同分为对照组(采用常规西药对症治疗+针刺,23例)与观察组(采用西药常规对症治疗+益气养阴祛瘀汤+针刺,23例),对比2组患者临床疗效及血小板活化因子(Latelet-activating factor,PAF)水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的69.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组PAF水平均下降,且观察组PAF水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴祛瘀汤结合针刺对脑梗死恢复期患者进行治疗,临床疗效显著,可调节PAF水平,促使患者获益。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Quyu decoction combined with acupuncture on convalescence cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical data of 46 patients treated in our hospital from July 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into control group(23 patients were treated with conventional western medicine)and observation group(23 patients were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Quyu decoction),and the clinical effect and platelet activating factor(PAF)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(69.57%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)(P<0.05).After treatment,the PAF of the two groups decreased,and the PAF level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Quyu decoction combined with acupuncture in treating convalescence cerebral infarction has significantly clinical effect,can adjust the level of PAF,and promote the benefit of patients.
