乳化液泵站流量与压力自动控制技术研究

摘要 为提高乳化液泵站输出压力和流量的稳定性,提出一种由乳化液箱、泵组、检测装置、控制系统、蓄能器等组成的乳化液自动恒压控制系统,其“工频泵+变频泵”动力装置可根据系统压力需求,按预定逻辑规则进行压力自动补偿和调节,且可实现泵组的远程监测与控制。该套系统在斜沟煤矿应用后,液压支架的初撑力合格率由94.3%提高至97.6%,管路泄漏故障减少约20%,在所统计13个月内理论可节约电费20余万元。 In order to improve the stability of the output pressure and flow of emulsion pump station,this paper presents an automatic constant pressure control system for emulsion,which is composed of emulsion tank,pump group,detection device,control system and accumulator.The power device of power frequency pump+frequency conversion pump can automatically compensate and adjust the pressure according to the predetermined logic rules according to the system pressure demand,and can realize the remote monitoring and control.The application of the system in Xiegou Coal Mine make the qualified rate of the initial support force of the hydraulic support increased from 94.3%to 97.6%,and the leakage fault of the pipeline reduced by 20%.The electricity cost saved by more than 200000 yuan within 13 months.
