摘要
为了对沙曲二号煤矿4401综采面下邻近瓦斯涌出进行有效治理,解决回采期间工作面、回风瓦斯浓度大的问题,分析了4401工作面地质构造情况和瓦斯涌出规律,提出了一套基于长距离定向钻孔抽采下邻近煤层瓦斯的治理方法。结果表明,在补充施工瓦斯治理钻孔后,4401综采工作面瓦斯抽采总量由9.66 m3/min增加至16.69 m3/min,工作面及其回风瓦斯浓度由0.76%降至0.36%.这说明了下邻近层瓦斯治理对综采工作面安全生产的重要性,也为河东煤田离柳矿区瓦斯治理提供了新的思路。
In order to effectively control the adjacent gas emission under the 4401 fully-mechanized mining face of Shaqu No.2 Coal Mine,and solve the problem of high concentration of gas at the working face and return air during the mining period,the geological structure and gas emission law of the 4401 working face are analyzed.A set of gas treatment methods based on long-distance directional drilling for gas drainage in adjacent coal seams is proposed.The results show that after the supplementary construction of gas control drilling,the total amount of gas drainage in the 4401 fully mechanized working face increased from 9.66 m3/min to 16.69 m3/min,and the gas concentration of the working face and its return air decreased from 0.76%to 0.36%.This explains the importance of gas control in the lower adjacent layer to the safe production of fully mechanized mining face,and also provides a new idea for gas control in LiShi and Liulin mining area in Hedong coalfield.
