在当前经济与金融纵深发展的形势下,地方金融市场成长迅速。与此同时,其风险也凸显出来。防范与化解金融风险成为地方金融风险控制的当务之急。当前,开封市防范与化解地方金融风险面临诸多问题。应对策略包括两个方面:一是从监管主体入手,解决监管缺失问题;二是从监管对象入手,消除超范围经营等违规现象。

Under the premise of the in-depth development of economy and finance,the local financial market is growing rapidly,and its risks are gradually highlighted.Therefore,it is urgent to prevent and resolve financial risks in local financial risk control.Under the background of the new era,Kaifeng is faced with many problems in the prevention and resolution of local financial risks.The coping strategies should start from two aspects:one is to eliminate the lack of supervision from the regulatory body;the other is to start from the regulatory object to deal with the illegal operation beyond the scope.
