摘要
采用甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)增韧硅溶胶制备了水性耐腐蚀涂料.通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、热失重(TG)及差热扫描(DSC),研究了涂层结构和耐热性,并测试了涂层的耐腐蚀性.结果表明:MTES和中性硅溶胶的最佳比值为0.8∶1,固化后涂层的耐温性达450℃,耐腐蚀性优良.
Silicasols modified by MTES were used for preparation of water-based anti-corrosive coating.The structure and heat resistance properties of coating were extensively investigated by FTIR,TG,DSC respectively,and the corrosion?resistance of coating was tested.It was found that the optimal weight ratio of MTES to silicasols is 0.8:1,the heat resistance of coating is determined as 450℃,the coating has good corrosive resistance.
