摘要
介绍张葆青教授运用柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗小儿抽动障碍的思路及临证经验。张葆青教授认为小儿抽动障碍的病因以"风"为主,包括"内风"和"外风",常兼有"痰""湿""瘀""虚"等病因共同为患。病机主要是风邪引动,伴见肝火亢旺、胆热脾寒、心胆气虚等证,病情多呈现寒热错杂、虚实夹杂之象。柴胡桂枝干姜汤功效以和解少阳枢机为主,能调畅气机,平肝熄风,兼理太阴、少阴、厥阴。组方寒热并用,补泻兼施,具有息风止痉、化痰祛湿、安神定惊、活血祛瘀之功效,对应小儿抽动障碍发病的病因病机。临证加减应用柴胡桂枝干姜汤常获良效。

The group prescription is used in combination with cold and heat, and has both nourishing and reducing diarrhea, and has the effects of relieving cough, resolving phlegm and dampness, calming nerves, activating blood and removing blood stasis, corresponding to the etiology and pathogenesis of tic disorder in children. Clinical application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction with addition and subtraction of clinical licenses often yields good results.
