宁海州脑饭的古往今来

摘要 宁海州脑饭,是指清光绪末年至民国期间风靡胶东一带的以豆腐脑、小米浆粥为原料,加以辅料制作而成的具有地方风味的民间传统小吃。由于多种原因,宁海州脑饭已经消逝60多年,如今,经过千百次的制作实验,人们记忆中味美可口的宁海州脑饭又回来了。曾经的宁海州脑饭历史上的宁海州,有许多诸如颐香斋老石烧肉。 Ninghaizhou Naofan refers to a traditional folk snack with local flavors that was popular in the Jiaodong area from the end of the Reign of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China with Tofu jelly and millet porridge as the materials mixed with other ingredients.Due to various reasons,Ninghaizhou Naofan had vanished for over six decades.Now,after thousands of experiments,the delicious Ninghaizhou Naofan in people’s memories is recovered.In history,Ninghaizhou boasted a batch of characteristic traditional folk snacks such as Yixiangzhai Lao Shi Roasted Pork,Rabbit Hole Dumplings,Wangjia Food and Cuijia Steamed Stuffed Buns,among which Ninghaizhou Naofan is the most characteristic.
