摘要 针对钻孔成像仪观测自然光源无法进入的钻孔内部图像信息的需求,进行了钻孔成像仪探头中光源的电路设计。结合钻孔成像仪的应用环境和条件,选用低功耗、发光效率高、寿命长的发光二极管作为成像仪探头的照明器件,设计了照明灯板电路。基于LT3591芯片设计了发光二极管驱动电路,基于低压差瞬态响应的稳压芯片LT1963设计了稳压电路。通过试验验证了光源的稳定性、可靠性,测试了光源照度,并进行现场应用试验验证了本光源方案的设计能够为钻孔成像仪获取黑暗环境下钻孔内部图像提供有效照明。 Aiming at the requirement of the borehole imager to observe the image information inside the borehole that the natural light source cannot enter,the circuit design of the light source in the borehole imager scanning was performed.Combined with the application environment and conditions of the drilling imager,it replaces the light-emitting diodes with low power consumption,high luminous efficiency,and long life as the lighting device of the imager probe,and the circuit board of the lighting lamp is designed accordingly.A light-emitting diode driving circuit is designed based on the LT3591 chip,and a voltage stabilizing circuit is designed based on the low-dropout transient response voltage stabilizing chip LT1963.Finally,the stability and reliability of the light source were verified through experiments,and the illuminance of the light source was tested.The field application tests were performed to verify that the design of the light source scheme can provide effective lighting for the borehole imager to obtain the image of the interior of the borehole in the dark environment.
