独活寄生汤对肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及IL-6、TNF-α的影响

Effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on IL-6 and TNF-αLevels of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation of Deficiency of Liver and Kidney

目的探讨独活寄生汤对肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能的改善情况和对IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响。方法选取2018年5月1日—2019年10月1日收治的96例肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,对照组采用牵引治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服独活寄生汤,治疗2周后比较2组的有效率、VAS评分、MDA评分和IL-6、TNF-α、MDA、SOD含量。结果观察组临床有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组IL-6、TNF-α、MDA水平及VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分和SOD含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤能显著降低患者IL-6、TNF-α水平,更能显著缓解肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the improvement of lumbar vertebrae function in patients with lumbar disc herniation with deficiency of liver and kidney and its effect on IL-6 and TNF-αlevels.Methods From May 1,2018 to October 1,2019,96 patients with lumbar disc herniation with deficiency of liver and kidney were randomly divided into the observation group of 48 cases and the control group of 48 cases.The control group was treated with traction therapy,while the treatment group was treated with oral Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of treatment of control group.The effective rate,VAS score,MDA score,IL-6,TNF-α,MDA and SOD content of the two groups were compared after 2 weeks of treatment.Results The clinical efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,MDA and VAS score in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the JOA score and SOD content in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction can significantly reduce the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin patients,can significantly relieve the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation with deficiency of liver and kidney,and improve the lumbar function and the therapeutic effect..
