男性不育患者精液常规检验结果诊断分析

The Diagnosis and Analysis of Semen Routine Test in Male Sterile Patients

目的研究分析男性不育患者精液常规检验结果诊断作用。方法研究时间2019年7月—2019年9月,接受精液常规检验的男性患者500例为研究组对象,同期进行健康体检的健康男性200例为对照组;比较2组研究对象精液各项指标检验结果(液化时间、精子畸形率、精液量、PR、DFI)。结果研究组患者液化时间、精子畸形率高于对照组,精液量、PR、DFI指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论通过对男性精液进行常规检查,了解其生殖系统情况,对不育疾病有明确的诊断作用,安全有效。

Objective To study the results of routine test of semen in male sterile patients.Methods 500 male patients who received the routine test of semen from July 2019 to September 2019 were the study group,and 200 healthy men for healthy physical examination in the same period were the control group.The semen of the two groups were collected,and the test results of the semen of the two groups were compared(the liquefaction time,the sperm malformation rate,the seminal fluid volume,the PR and the DFI).Results The liquefaction time and the rate of sperm malformation of the study group were higher than that of the control group,the semen volume,the PR and the DFI indexes of the study group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion Through the routine examination of male semen,the reproductive system of male semen is understood,and the diagnosis of infertility is clear,safe and effective.
