欣胃化肠方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xinwei Huachang Recipe on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Intestinal Metaplasia

目的探究欣胃化肠方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月—2020年3月就诊的70例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生患者,以不同的治疗方式将其分为对照组(共35例,口服胃复春片治疗)和治疗组(共35例,口服欣胃化肠方治疗),对比2组患者治疗前后的脾胃症状及生活质量,对患者进行随访对比病理疗效。结果治疗前,2组患者脾胃症状积分以及生活质量评分均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组脾胃主症积分明显低于对照组,生活质量各项指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),尤其在胃脘疼痛、胃脘胀满方面。治疗组病理治疗总有效率94.29%明显高于对照组73.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论欣胃化肠方应用于慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生患者治疗中的优势明显,能明显改善患者临床症状,胃脘疼痛、胃脘胀满症状改善最为明显,有效逆转慢性萎缩性胃炎的发展及转归,还能提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xinwei Huachang recipe in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia.Methods Seventy patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia who were admitted to our hospital and Nanxiang Hospital from December 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group of 35 cases applied oral Weifuchun tablets and treatment group of 35 cases took orally Xinwei Huachang recipe by different treatment methods.The spleen and stomach symptoms and quality of life before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Patients were followed-up,and the pathological efficacy was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in spleen and stomach symptom scores and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the spleen and stomach syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life indicators were higher than the control group(P<0.05),especially in epigastric pain and epigastric fullness.The effective rate of pathological treatment in the treatment group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.53%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinwei Huachang recipe has obvious advantages in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also improve the symptoms of epigastric pain and epigastric fullness,and effectively reverse the chronic atrophy.The development and outcome of gastritis can improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
