自拟参术汤对气虚型冠心病心绞痛患者运动耐量的影响及药理学研究

Effect of Self-made Shenzhu Decoction on Exercise Tolerance and Pharmacology of Angina Pectoris in Patients with Qi Deficiency Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨自拟参术汤对气虚型冠心病心绞痛患者运动耐量的影响及药理学研究。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月在锦州市中医医院就诊80例冠心病心绞痛患者,经中医辨证分型为气虚型,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组40例采取常规二级预防药物治疗,包括抗心绞痛、抗血小板聚集、抗凝、降脂、降压等常规治疗;试验组40例在对照组的基础上采取自拟参术汤进行治疗,比较2组患者治疗后的运动耐量。结果试验组运动耐量速度、坡度、时间、METs均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对气虚型冠心病心绞痛患者采取自拟参术汤进行治疗,可以有效改善患者的运动耐量情况,改善生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenzhu decoction on exercise tolerance and pharmacology of angina pectoris in patients with qi-deficiency coronary heart disease.Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in Jinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected.They were qi deficiency according to TCM syndrome differentiation.They were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group.The control group of 40 cases was treated with conventional secondary prevention drugs,including angina pectoris,platelet aggregation resistance,anticoagulation,lipid-lowering,step-down and other conventional treatment.40 patients in the experimental group were treated with self-made Shenzhu decoction on the basis of the control group.The exercise tolerance after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The exercise tolerance speed,slope,time and METs of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Shenzhu decoction can can effectively improve the exercise tolerance of patients and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
