针灸康复疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Clinical Research on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Rehabilitation Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨针灸康复疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法选择2017年6月一2019年6月治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,随机分为2组,分别为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用牵引疗法;观察组使用针灸康复疗法。3周后进行评估,比较2组患者的JOA评分、McGill评分、临床疗效。结果经过治疗之后,观察组的JOA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),McGill评分普遍低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸康复疗法,能够改善患者的临床症状,缓解患者的疼痛,提高治疗有效率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation therapy for lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who came to our hospital for treatment from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received traction therapy.The observation group received acupuncture rehabilitation therapy.Three weeks later,JOA score,McGill score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,JOA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,McGill scores of patients in the observation group were generally lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve the pain of patients,improve the effective rate of treatment,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
