中西医结合治疗老年胆囊炎胆石症临床观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Senile Cholecystitis and Cholelithiasis

目的探析中西医结合疗法在老年胆囊炎胆石症患者中的应用价值。方法纳入2016年2月—2018年4月收治的老年胆囊炎胆石症患者132例,根据患者的治疗意愿分组,对照组接受常规外科手术治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予疏肝利胆汤治疗,对比2组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率98.51%高于对照组的治疗总有效率87.69%,P<0.05;观察组术后并发症发生率7.46%低于对照组术后并发症发生率20.0%,P<0.05;2组的肛门排气时间和住院时间比较,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于老年胆囊炎胆石症患者,在外科手术治疗的基础上给予疏肝利胆汤治疗有助于提高手术治疗效果,减少术后并发症,促进术后恢复,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in elderly patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.Methods 132 elderly patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to April 2018 were divided into two groups according to their treatment wishes.The control group received routine surgical treatment.The observation group was treated with Shugan Lidan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.51%which was higher than 87.69%of the control group P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.46%which was lower than 20%in the control group P<0.05.The anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the two groups were statistically different P<0.05.Conclusion Shugan Lidan decoction in the treatment of elderly cholecystitis and cholelithiasis patients on the basis of surgical treatment is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect of surgery,reduce postoperative complications and promote postoperative recovery,which is worthy of promotion.
