以“足三里”为主穴穴位埋线治疗慢性乙型肝炎医案3则

Zusanli(ST36)as the Main Acupoint of Catgut Embedding in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B for Three Medical Cases

慢性乙型肝炎具有病情复杂多变,病程迁延难愈的特点。慢性乙型肝炎感染者体内的病毒不能彻底清除,持续感染,使得肝组织炎症纤维化,最终可发展为肝硬化和肝癌。记录以"足三里"为主穴的穴位埋线治疗慢乙肝的病案3例,对比治疗前后相关症状以及相关病毒指标的改善,记录其在慢性乙型肝炎的免疫调节中能起到良性调节作用。

Chronic hepatitis B has the characteristics of complicated and changeable condition,and the course of disease is prolonged and hard to be cured.The virus in chronic hepatitis B patients cannot be eliminated completely,persistent infection,inflammation and fibrosis of liver tissue,eventually;it can develop into cirrhosis and liver cancer.Three cases of chronic hepatitis B treated by acupoint catgut embedding at Zusanli(ST36)were recorded,the improvement of related symptoms and related virus indexes before and after treatment was compared,and its benign regulatory effect in immune regulation of chronic hepatitis B was recorded.
