汗孔瘤一例

A case of poroma

53岁女性患者,左小腿屈侧皮肤缓慢生长的肿物反复溃破、出血20余年。左小腿屈侧可见直径约3 cm的红色肿物,表面破溃。组织病理示:肿瘤细胞团块自表皮呈宽带状向真皮延伸,瘤细胞形态一致,呈圆形或立方形,其内可见管状腔隙。诊断:汗孔瘤。予以肿物完整切除术及皮瓣成形术,术后伤口愈合良好,随访1年无复发。

A 53-year-old woman presented with a slowly growing tumor which was about 3 cm in diameter and repeated rupture and bleeding on the flexor aspect of her left shank for 20 years. The histopathology examination showed the tumor originating from the epidermis and extending into the superficial dermis forming anastomosing bands. The morphology of the tumor cells was relatively consistent and wellcircumscribed, round or square. The tubular cavity was visible. Complete tumor resection and flap plasty were performed, and the wound healed well after the operation. No recurrence were observed in 1 year follow-up.
