摘要
目的探讨不同周龄雌鼠输卵管中GPx2和GPx4的表达水平。方法对不同周龄昆明雌鼠进行分组,即3周龄组、6周龄组和15周龄组,每组各20只,脱颈处死后,剪取输卵管,利用Real time-PCR和Western-Blot分别检测各组雌鼠输卵管GPx2和GPx4 mRNA及蛋白的表达。结果3周龄组、15周龄组雌鼠输卵管GPx2 mRNA和蛋白的表达均低于6周龄组;15周龄组雌鼠输卵管GPx4 mRNA和蛋白的表达均低于3周龄组和6周龄组。结论GPx2、GPx4在雌鼠输卵管中的表达存在年龄差异,尤其是在15周龄组中,其表达水平显著低于6周龄组。
Objective This study aimed to investigate the expression levels of GPx2 and GPx4 in fallopian tubes of the female mice at different weeks of age.Methods The female kunming mice were divided into 3-week-old group,6-week-old group and 15-week-old group,20 in each group.After decapitation,the fallopian tubes were clipped,and the mRNA and protein expressions of GPx2 and GPx4 in each group were detected by Real time-PCR and Western-Blot,respectively.Results The mRNA and protein expressions of GPx2 in fallopian tubes of 3-week group and 15-week group were lower than that of 6-week group.The mRNA and protein expressions of GPx4 in fallopian tubes of the 15-week-old group were lower than those of the 3-week-old group and the 6-week-old group.Conclusion There were age-related differences in the expression of GPx2 and GPx4 in the fallopian tubes of female mice,especially in the 15-week group,whose expression levels were significantly lower than those in the 6-week group.
