摘要
通过对高校研究生创新教育进行探讨,发现目前研究生创新教育中存在创新思维和质疑精神培养不足、高水平师资力量差距较大、研究生自身的创新能力不足等问题。针对这些问题对高校研究生创新教育进行问卷调查研究,发现科研团队、教师因素、学校因素和社会因素等对研究生创新能力有着重要的影响,而且创新思维是影响创新能力最重要的因素。提出研究生创新能力培养的三点对策,对我国研究生创新教育实践过程具有一定的参考价值。
Through the discussion of innovation education for postgraduates in colleges and universities,it is found that there are problems such as insufficientinnovative thinking and questioning spirit,a large gap of high-level faculty,and insufficient innovation ability of postgraduates.Aiming at these problems,a questionnaire survey was conducted in the innovation education of postgraduates in colleges and universities,and it was found that the research team,teacher factors,school factors and social factors have an important impact on the innovation ability of graduate students,and innovative thinking is the most important factor affecting innovation ability.Three countermeasures for the cultivation of graduate students'innovative ability are proposed,which have certain reference value for the practice process of graduate students'innovative education in our country.
