摘要
振兴东北地区老工业基地是国家的一项重大战略,面对东北经济持续下滑的现状和东北老工业基地重新振兴的契机,黑龙江科技大学以服务东北地区经济振兴需求为导向,通过整合政校企三方合力,围绕企业需求定制人才培养策略,积极探索“对口单招定向就业”的新型模式,为煤炭企业提供人才和智力支持具有重要的现实意义。
Revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China is a major strategy of our country.Facing the current situation of the continuous decline of the economy and the opportunity of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China,Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology actively explores the"counterpart single recruitment and directional employment"strategy by integrating the tripartite cooperation of government,school and enterprise,focusing on the needs of enterprises.This mode of an important practical significance for coal enterprises to provide talents and intellectual support.
