刍议以职业发展能力为价值导向的高校学风建设

摘要 职业发展能力是每一个从业者孜孜追求的个体素质目标,直接影响和制约着职业的成功几率与社会贡献度,也是大学生择业前主观迫切所望、客观急需养成的素质要求。本文主要论述如何以大学生乐于参与的体验式手段开展职业发展教育,使教育内涵与学校的人才培养规格定位深度融合,将职业发展能力培养目标与常规的学风建设目标相契合,广泛开展以职业发展能力为价值导向的学风建设,以期对提高学生的综合素质和职场竞争力,促进充分高质量就业,更好地实现职业理想并为经济社会发展做出更大贡献。 Career development ability is an individual quality goal pursued by every practitioner,which directly affects and restricts the chance of success and social contribution of the profession.It is also the subjective eagerness and objective quality requirements that college students urgently need to develop.This paper mainly discussshow to carry out the career development education through experiential means in which college students are willing to participate,so that the educational connotation is deeply integrated with the talent training standards and the positioning of colleges.The training goals of career development ability are consistent with the conventional goals of school tradition construction.We extensively develop the school tradition construction with career development ability as the value orientation in order to improve students'comprehensive quality and competitiveness in the workplace.In the meanwhile.Achieving employment with high quality and career ideals would make greater contributions to social and economic development.
