2型糖尿病患者社会支持需求满足情况及对其生命质量的影响

Satisfaction of social support needs in type 2 diabetic patients and its impact on quality of life

目的了解2型糖尿病患者社会支持需求满足情况及其对生命质量的影响,以期为进一步完善糖尿病患者健康管理工作提供实证依据和参考。方法采用横断面研究设计,利用自行设计的调查表和相应测量工具,通过多阶段分层抽样与典型抽样方法,对江苏省1612名2型糖尿病患者进行调查研究。结果超过94%的糖尿病患者从家人处获得社会支持。男、女性患者的社会支持需求得分分别为16.5±5.9和17.3±5.7(Z=-2.77,P=0.006),社会支持需求满足情况得分分别为1.6±6.0和0.9±5.7(Z=-2.63,P=0.009)。OLS回归分析结果显示,随着社会支持需求满足程度的增加,患者生命质量水平呈明显上升趋势(β=0.09,P<0.001)。结论2型糖尿病患者社会支持需求满足情况对其生命质量有正性影响且存在性别差异,应对女性患者自我管理活动给予更多支持,以有效提高生命质量。

Objective To explore to what extent the social support needs in type 2 diabetic patients are met and its impact on quality of life and to provide empirical evidence and reference for further improving health management of diabetic patients.Methods A cross-sectional study was carried out with a self-designed questionnaire and relevant measurement tools.A total of 1612 type 2 diabetic patients in Jiangsu Province were surveyed by the multi-stage stratified sampling and typical sampling methods.Results Over 94%diabetic patients received social support from their family members.The scores of social support needs in male and female patients were 16.5±5.9 and 17.3±5.7,respectively(Z=-2.77,P=0.006).The satisfaction scores of social support needs in male and female patients were 1.6±6.0 and 0.9±5.7,respectively(Z=-2.63,P=0.006).The results of OLS regression analyses showed that with the increase in the degree of support needs satisfaction,patients’quality of life rose significantly(β=0.09,P<0.001).Conclusions The degree of support needs satisfaction in diabetic patients is positively associated with their quality of life and gender disparity exists.Female patients need more support for the self-management activities so as to effectively improve their quality of life.
