摘要
以西南某冶炼厂300 kt/a改扩建项目为例,从工艺指标、投资指标、技术经济指标等方面对富氧侧吹+多喷枪顶吹连续炼铜工艺和闪速熔炼+闪速吹炼工艺进行了对比分析,论证得出两种方案工艺指标各有优势,但从投资、技术经济指标上看,"侧+顶"工艺比"双闪"工艺更适合该厂的扩建。
Taking a 300 kt/a smelter reconstruction and expansion project in the southwest as an example,the paper makes a comparative analysis of oxygen enriched side blowing+multi-lance top-blowing continuous copper smelting process and flash smelting+flash converting process from the aspects of process index,investment index and technical and economic index.It is proved that the two schemes have their own advantages,however,the"side+top"process is more suitable for the smelter expansion than the"double flash"process from the investment and technical and economic indicators.
