摘要
某冶炼厂闪速炉原有全套引进的铜精矿失重计量设备使用年限长,灵活度极低,已难以满足工厂对设备稳定性提出的更高要求。针对这种情况,该厂自主研发了一种高可靠性PLC控制系统,在系统框架上突破性地采用了"冗余称重信号转换器+冗余PLC控制器+冗余电源"的配置,通过PLC完成所有控制方案及算法,还集成了其与DCS系统的通讯功能。新系统顺利取代了原有系统,闪速炉运行更加稳定。
JCC guixi smelter adopts a full set of imported weight-loss measuring equipment for copper concentrate,which has been used for a long time and has very low flexibility,so it is difficult to meet the higher requirements for high productivity and stability of the plant.This paper describes a high reliability,independent research and development of PLC control system to replace the original system,so that the flash furnace operation more stable.
