空中加油复杂环境下软管-锥套动态响应分析 被引量:3

Dynamic response analysis of aerial refueling hose-drogue under complex flow field

摘要 流场扰动下空中加油机软管-锥套的动态特性会直接影响加油任务的成功率和飞行安全。首先基于绝对节点坐标法建立了考虑截面变形和旋转的软管-锥套多体动力学模型;然后引入加油机尾流场特性数据,计算了软管-锥套不同工况下的拖曳平衡位置,计算结果与风洞试验符合性良好,验证了算法准确性,且与传统有限元模型相比,计算效率明显提高;最后研究了软管-锥套在大气紊流、阵风扰动等复杂环境下的动态响应。结果表明:软管-锥套平衡位置主要受飞行动压影响,相较于大气紊流,阵风扰动对软管-锥套稳定性影响更大。 Dynamic characteristic of hose-drogue under flow field perturbation directly affects success rate and safety of aerial refueling. First, the multi-body model of hose-drogue considering cross-section deformation and rotation was built based on ANCF(absolute nodal coordinate formulation). Then, tanker’s wake flow field data was introduced to calculate hose-drogue’s equilibrium position under different conditions. The simulation results agreed well with the experimental data, which verified the accuracy of calculation method. Compared with traditional finite-element model, the computing efficiency was improved. Last, dynamic response under complex flow field including air disturbances and gust influence was studied. The results show that drogue’s equilibrium position is mainly affected by dynamic pressure, and the gust influence affects more upon hose-drogue’s stability than air disturbances.
