河南省某高校医学生领悟社会支持、生命意义感对网络成瘾的影响 被引量:13

Influence of Social Support and Sense in Meaning in Life on Internet Addiction by Medical Students in a University in Henan Province

摘要 目的:探讨医学生领悟社会支持、生命意义感与网络成瘾的关系,为改善医学生的网络成瘾状况提供新的视角。方法:选取河南省某高校1361名医学生为被试,完成领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、生命意义感量表(MLQ)和中文网络成瘾量表(CIAS)的问卷调查,采用SPSS 21.0软件和SPSS-PROCESS进行数据整理和统计分析。结果:医学生网络成瘾总分为(49.59±14.65)分,检出率为17.19%;领悟社会支持与生命意义感呈显著正相关,与网络成瘾呈显著负相关;领悟社会支持能够显著负向预测网络成瘾(β=-0.32,t=-12.19,P<0.001);生命意义感在领悟社会支持与网络成瘾之间起部分中介作用。结论:领悟社会支持不仅能够显著负向预测网络成瘾,并且能够通过生命意义感的中介作用间接影响网络成瘾,应当重视医学生社会支持体系的构建,加强医学生的生命教育。 Objective:To explore the relationship between medical students'perceived social support,meaning in life,and internet addiction,to provide a new perspective for improving medical students’internet addiction.Methods:1361 medical students were investigated by Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),the Meaning in Life Questionnaire(MLQ)and Chinese Internet Addiction Scale(CIAS).The results of the questionnaire were statistically analyzed by SPSS 21.0 and SPSS-PROCESS.Results:The total score of internet addiction of medical students was(49.59±14.65),and the detection rate was 17.19%.Perceived social support was positively correlated with meaning in life and was negatively correlated with internet addiction.Perceived social support significantly negative predicted internet addiction(β=-0.31,t=-12.05,P<0.001).The meaning in life plays a partial mediating role between perceived social support and internet addiction.Conclusion:Perceived social support can significantly predict internet addiction directly and also through the meaning in life.Therefore,we should attach importance to the construction of social support system for medical students and strengthen education of the sense of purposes and meanings in life.
