基于自媒体视域的省级档案馆网络影响力研究--以省级档案馆微博、微信平台为分析对象

Research on the Network Impact of Archives from the Perspective of We-media--Taking the Provincial Archives’ Microblog and WeChat Platform as the Analysis Object

以省级(直辖市)档案馆为研究对象,从微信和微博移动媒体平台的角度,通过微信传播指数WCI、微博传播指数BCI构建档案馆网络影响力评价体系,运用有关数据分析,发现档案馆网络影响力存在地区发展差异明显、原创内容匮乏、更新频率有待合理化、社会关注度亟待提高等问题,从而提出用积极的服务态度、支持原创文章、真诚有效互动以及打造专业团队等改进措施来优化档案馆服务质量,提升档案馆网络影响力。

Taking the provincial(municipality directly under the central government)archives as the research object,from the perspective of WeChat and microblog mobile media platform,the paper constructs the evaluation system of archives network impact through WeChat communication index WCI and microblog communication index BCI.By using the relevant data analysis,it is found that the network impact of archives is obviously different in regional development,that the original content is deficient,that the update frequency needs to be rationalized,and that the social attention needs to be enhanced.It is necessary to improve the service quality and enhance the network impact of archives by adopting positive service attitude,supporting original articles,interacting sincerely and effectively and building professional teams.
