档案信息资源公益性协同开发机制研究

Collaborative Development Mechanism for Public Welfare of Archival Information Resources

针对档案部门独立进行档案信息资源开发体现出的开发力度不够、深度不足、落后于社会需要等不足之处,引用协同理论。在详细阐述协同开发机制的含义后,分析档案信息资源协同开发的必要性和可行性,探索档案信息资源公益性开发工作中档案部门、非营利性组织和用户三个主体在协同开发机制中的角色定位和作用,汲取优势,弥补缺陷,最后针对制约协同开发机制实施的因素提出意见和建议。

In view of the shortcomings of the independent development of archival information resources reflected by archives departments,such as insufficient development strength,insufficient depth,and lagging behind the social needs,collaborative theory is adopted.After elaborating the meaning of collaborative development mechanism,the necessity and feasibility of collaborative development is analyzed.Then the paper explores the role of archives,non-profit organizations and users in the collaborative development mechanism for public welfare of archival information resources,absorbing the advantages and making up for the shortcomings.Finally,suggestions are made as to factors restricting the implementation of collaborative development mechanism.
