清太宗时期六部承政典型研究

Study on the Typical Models of Chengzheng of Six Ministries in the Period of Emperor Taizong of Qing Dynasty

承政,是皇太极时期所设立的中央机构官名。清太宗在“参汉酌金”原则指导下,建立六部,并在每部设置满、蒙、汉承政分管政事。虽然在当时,六部大权掌握在各部贝勒手中,但六部承政的设置对于政权巩固和加强皇权都发挥了不可或缺的作用。对各族承政在政治生活中不同的地位和作用进行了论述,并选取事迹具有代表性的典型人物进行了分析研究。

Chengzheng was the name of central agency officials established during the Huang Taiji period. Emperor Taizong of Qing Dynasty established six ministries under the guidance of the "referring Han and Jin Dynasty" principle, and set Manchu, Mongolia and Han Chengzheng in each ministry to take charge. At that time, the power of the six ministries was in the hands of Beiles, but the establishment of Chengzheng in the six ministries played an indispensable role in consolidating and strengthening the imperial power. This paper expounds the different positions and functions of Chengzheng from different ethnic groups in the political life, and analyzes and studies some typical persons with representative deeds.
