摘要 为指导乳化沥青矿料胶浆封层试验,提高封层的工程质量,针对乳化沥青矿料胶浆雾封层材料的特点和使用要求,选择多种检测方法对乳化沥青矿料胶浆原材料、乳化沥青矿料胶浆和乳化沥青矿料胶浆混合料进行检测,并根据检测结果确定了相应的技术要求。检测中,重点对乳化沥青矿料胶浆的性能评价方法进行了研究,制备了5种不同原材料组成的乳化沥青矿料胶浆,从物理性质、施工和易性、耐久性、环保性4个方面对其斯托默黏度、80℃耐热性、黏结性、人工加速老化性、挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOC)含量等9项指标进行了检测,并根据检测结果确定了各项指标的技术要求。此外针对封层中的胶结料,首次提出了人工加速老化250h无明显变化和VOC含量不大于120g/L等耐老化性和环保性的要求。 In order to guide the test of mineral emulsified asphalt fog seal coating and improve the engineering quality of the seal coat,according to the characteristics and application requirements of the mineral emulsified asphalt fog seal coating,a variety of detection methods were used to test the raw material of emulsified asphalt mineral slurry,emulsified asphalt mineral slurry and its mixture,and the specific technical requirements were determined according to the test results.In the test,the performance evaluation method of emulsified asphalt mineral slurry was studied.Five kinds of emulsified asphalt mineral slurry with different raw materials composition were prepared.Then nine properties of emulsified asphalt mineral slurry,including stoker viscosity,80℃ heat resistance,adhesion,artificial accelerated aging and Volatile Organic Compounds(VOC)content,were tested from four aspects of physical performance,workability,durability and environmental protection.Finally,the performance and technical requirements were determined.In addition,the requirements of aging resistance and environmental protection such as no obvious change of artificial accelerated aging for 250h and VOC content no more than 120g/L were put forward for the first time.
