航空公司枢纽航线网络设计双层规划模型 被引量:2

A bi-level programming model for airline’s hub-and-spoke route network design

摘要 针对市场补贴定价决策对航空公司枢纽航线的网络设计影响,基于双层规划思想:以枢纽机场选址、空运市场补贴方案选择和O&D客流路径选择为决策变量,构建航空公司枢纽航线网络设计的上层规划模型;以亏损空运市场补贴定价为决策变量,建立各民用运输机场空运市场补贴定价决策的下层规划模型。对国内24个城市的已有数据进行计算,结果表明:与传统枢纽航线网络设计结果相比,该模型得出的枢纽航线网络方案更符合实际要求。随着市场补贴提供者补贴总额和直达补贴因子的增加,航线网络设计的总成本不断下降;OD客流直达率则随着直达补贴因子的增加,先上升后下降。 For the impact of pricing decision of market subsidies on an airline’s network design scheme,this paper presents a modeling idea based on bi-level programming.An airline’s hub-and-spoke network design is considered to be the upper level model,in which the locations of hub airports and the selections of both the subsidy schemes of aviation markets and O&D passenger flows’itineraries are considered as decision variables.The pricing decision of market subsidies for each civil aviation transportation airport is treated as the lower level model,in which the loss civil aviation transportation market subsidy pricing is regarded as the decision variable.The calculation result with the data of domestic 24 city-pairs shows that the proposed model can obtain a more realistic hub route network scheme as opposed to the use of the traditional hub-and-spoke route network design model.The hub-and-spoke route network design cost rises as the increase of either subsidy total volume or no-stop subsidy factor.The OD passenger flow non-stop ratio climbs up first and then declines down with the increase of non-stop subsidy factor.
