基于心理感知的停车选择行为分析

Analysis of parking choice behavior based on psychological perception

随着机动车保有量的不断增加,城市停车问题日益严重,对北京市小汽车出行者的停车行为进行调查,考虑心理感知因素,分析不同出行目的下出行者的停车选择行为。研究表明,出行者可以接受较长的步行距离和中等停车价格,并希望选择停车场的行驶时间较短及空余车位较多。购物出行时,出行者对步行距离和剩余空位更加重视;工作出行时,出行者对行驶时间和停车价格更加重视。出行者在进行停车选择时首先会满足步行距离和行驶时间的要求,其次满足停车价格的要求。相关性分析结果表明,购物出行时步行距离阈值对停车选择的影响较大;工作出行时,停车价格对停车选择影响较大。通过分时分区定价和信息的及时发布,有利于部分出行者的停车选择。

With the increasing number of motor vehicles,the problem of urban parking is becoming more serious.This paper investigates the parking behavior of car travelers in Beijing.Considering psychological perception,it analyzes the parking choice behavior of travelers for different travel purposes.It finds that travelers can accept longer walking distance and medium parking price,expecting to choose a parking lot with shorter driving time and more free parking spaces.When shopping,travelers pay more attention to walking distance and remaining space.When traveling at work,travelers pay more attention to driving time and parking price.Travelers will first meet the requirements of walking distance and driving time,and then meet the requirements of parking price.The result of correlation analysis shows the threshold of walking distance has great influence on parking choice when shopping.When traveling at work,the importance of parking price has a great influence on parking choice.Through time-sharing pricing and timely release of information,the parking options of some travelers can be changed.The research result can provide a reference for the formulation of parking management policy,so as to effectively alleviate parking problems.
