摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶法制备BaTiO3∶Eu^3+荧光材料.结果表明:以硝酸锶、硝酸钡、钛酸四丁酯、氧化铕为原料,焙烧温度为700℃,Eu^3+的掺杂量为9%(mol),制备的BaTiO3∶Eu^3+发光性能最佳.BaTiO3∶Eu^3+荧光粉可以被394 nm近紫外光有效激发,最强发射峰为Eu^3+的5D 0→7F2电偶极跃迁,波长为618 nm的红光.
BaTiO3∶Eu^3+fluorescent materials were prepared by sol-gel method.The results show that the best luminescent properties of BaTiO3∶Eu^3+were obtained by using strontium nitrate,barium nitrate,tetrabutyl titanate and europium oxide as raw materials,calcination temperature of 700℃,and Eu3+doping amount of 9%(mol).BaTiO3∶Eu^3+phosphor can be effectively excited by 394 nm near ultraviolet light.The strongest emission peak is 5D 0→7F2 electric dipole transition of Eu^3+,and the wavelength is red light at 618nm.
