番茄早疫病病原菌分离纯化及分子鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 分离纯化番茄早疫病致病真菌并提供病原纯菌株.从牡丹江市郊区棚室栽培地采集疑似感染早疫病的番茄叶片进行内源病菌分离培养和生物学初筛纯化和测序,8株菌有黑色素分泌且镜检到分生孢子,其中3株PCR产物序列相同,与网站公布的链格孢菌高度同源,确定获得番茄早疫病病原纯菌株. In order to isolate and purify the pathogenic fungi of tomato early blight,to provide pure strains of the pathogen,pure strains of the pathogen were obtained from tomato leaves suspected to be infected with early blight from different greenhouse cultivation sites in the suburbs of Mudanjiang.The results showed that 8 strains had melanin secretion and Conidia were detected by microscope,3 of them had the same PCR product sequence and high homology with Alternaria tenuissima published on the website,identified as obtain the pure pathogen of tomato early blight.
