三拗汤合六君子汤治疗儿童慢性咳嗽(痰湿阻肺证)的疗效观察

The clinical effect of Three Crude Drugs Decoction plus modified Six Gentlemen Decoction on children’s chronic cough with phlegm dampness blocking lung

目的:观察三拗汤合六君子汤治疗儿童慢性咳嗽(痰湿阻肺证)的临床疗效。方法:将84例慢性咳嗽(痰湿阻肺证)患儿随机分为两组,分别给予常规西药治疗(对照组)和常规西药联合三拗汤合六君子汤治疗(观察组),疗程均为14 d。比较两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后两组患儿的中医证候评分、体液免疫指标值的变化情况。结果:观察组的总有效率为95.2%,显著高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)。此外,治疗前后组内比较,两组患儿治疗后的各项中医证候评分均显著降低,血清免疫球蛋白A、G、M水平均显著增高(P均<0.05);治疗后组间比较,观察组患儿的各项中医证候评分均显著低于对照组患儿,血清免疫球蛋白A、G水平则均高于对照组患儿(P均<0.05)。结论:使用三拗汤合六君子汤治疗儿童慢性咳嗽(痰湿阻肺证)能有效改善患儿的临床症状和免疫功能,具有推广应用的潜力。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Three Crude Drugs Decoction plus modified Six Gentlemen Decoction on children’s chronic cough with phlegm dampness blocking lung.Methods:Total 84 patients with chronic cough in phlegm dampness blocking lung were randomized into an observation group and a control group with 42 cases each.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment while the observation group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment and Three Crude Drugs Decoction plus modified Six Gentlemen Decoction.The course of treatment in both groups was lasted for 14 days.The clinical effect,TCM syndrome score and humoral immune index were compared between the two groups before treatment and after.Results:The effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(95.2%vs 66.7%,P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores were significantly reduced and the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM were significantly improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores were lower and the levels of IgA,IgG were higher in the observation group than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three Crude Drugs Decoction plus modified Six Gentlemen Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and immune function of children with chronic cough and is worthy of further clinical trial.
