摘要
目的:系统评价射频联合神经阻滞治疗压缩性骨折疼痛的效果。方法:在数据库中检索自2015年1月至2020年3月发表的关于射频联合神经阻滞治疗压缩性骨折疼痛的文献,选取高质量文献进行meta分析,评价该治疗对压缩性骨折疼痛、功能障碍的疗效。结果:纳入5篇文献,经meta分析显示射频联合神经阻滞治疗与常规治疗相比可明显降低患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)(P<0.05)。结论:射频联合CT引导下神经阻滞能减轻压缩性骨折疼痛,缓解患者的功能障碍。
Objective:To systematically review the effect of radiofrequency combined with CT-guided nerve block in the treatment of compression fracture pain.Methods:Literature published from January,2015 to March,2020 was retrieved from the databases,in which the high-quality literature was selected for meta analysis.The effects of the treatment on compression fracture pain and dysfunction were assessed.Results:Five articles were included and their meta analysis showed that radiofrequency combined with CT-guided nerve block could reduce VAS and ODI(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy can reduce the compression fracture pain and relieve the dysfunction.
