急性脑梗死患者全脑血管造影致脑动脉狭窄的影响因素研究

Study on influencing factors of cerebral arterial stenosis induced by digital subtraction angiography in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的:研究分析急性脑梗死患者全脑血管造影致脑动脉狭窄的影响因素。方法:选取行全脑血管造影检查的急性脑梗死患者80例,对其脑动脉狭窄分布与影响因素之间的关系进行分析。结果:80例患者中共检出69例脑血管狭窄,中度狭窄39例,重度狭窄30例。69例患者共检出123处病变,发病部位颅内段44例,颅外段25例,颅内段发生率显著高于颅外段;年龄>55岁、吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化以及造影剂剂量>120 ml均为急性脑梗死患者全脑血管造影致脑动脉狭窄的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:高龄、吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化以及造影剂剂量>120 ml是急性脑梗死患者发生脑动脉狭窄的较为常见的影响因素。

Objective:To study and analyze the influencing factors of cerebral arterial stenosis induced by digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:Eighty ACI patients who underwent DSA were enrolled.The relationship between the distribution of cerebral arterial stenosis and the influencing factors was analyzed.Results:Among the 80 patients,there were 69 cases with cerebrovascular stenosis,including 39 cases with moderate stenosis and 30 cases with severe stenosis.Among the 69 patients,there were 123 lesions and 44 cases with intracranial onset and 25 cases with extracranial onset.The incidence of intracranial onset was significantly higher than that of extracranial onset(P<0.05).Age older than 55 years old,smoking,hypertension,diabetes,atherosclerosis and contrast agent dose higher than 120 ml were independent risk factors of DSA-induced cerebral arterial stenosis in ACI patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Advanced age,smoking,hypertension,diabetes,atherosclerosis and contrast agent doses higher than 120 ml are more common influencing factors of cerebral arterial stenosis in ACI patients.
