摘要
消费升级使得个性化定制化妆品不断涌现,随之而来的化妆品开放式生产给监管带来了全新的考验。本文梳理了化妆品开放式生产模式所面临的挑战,并提出了相应的监管思考。
The consumption upgrade has led the continuous emergence of personalized cosmetics,and the following open shop of cosmetics has brought a new test to the supervision.This article sorted out the challenges it faces and proposed corresponding regulatory thinking.
