摘要
当前关于产业集聚对技术创新的作用效果存在诸多争论,相关文献多为静态研究,较少地考虑产业集聚在产业生命周期的不同发展演化阶段的影响变化。故本文基于1996-2016年我国环渤海、长三角、川贵渝地区12个省市的面板数据,采用龚柏兹曲线与计算判断法对上述三个地区所处产业生命周期进行判别,并运用SFA方法中的BC95模型,实证分析不同生命周期阶段下产业集聚对电子通信设备产业技术创新效率的影响作用。研究结果表明:环渤海、长三角地区均已进入成熟期,川贵渝地区则处于成长期。随着产业生命周期的演进,产业集聚对电子通信设备产业技术创新效率的影响呈现由正转负的变化。
At present,there are many disputes about the effect of industrial agglomeration on technological innovation.Most of the relevant literatures are static studies,and few studies on the dynamic changes of the relationship between industrial agglomeration and technological innovation from the perspective of industrial life cycle.Therefore,based on the panel data of 12 provinces and cities around Bohai Sea,Yangtze River Delta and Sichuan-Guizhou-Chongqing in 1996-2016,this paper first uses Gompertz curve and calculation judgment method to distinguish the industrial life cycle of the above three regions,and then uses BC95 model of SFA method to analyze the impact of industrial agglomeration on technological innovation efficiency of electronic communication equipment industry in different life cycle stages.The results show that the regions around the Bohai Sea and the Yangtze River Delta have entered a mature stage,while the Sichuan-Guizhou-Chongqing region has entered a growth stage.With the evolution of industrial life cycle,the effect of industrial agglomeration on technological innovation has changed from positive to negative.
