摘要 方舱是一种刚性的箱式装载体,在军事和民用领域都有显著发展。方舱车具有良好的机动性、响应性,在各领域得到了广泛应用。随着战场环境的日益恶化,对指控车载系统的电磁兼容性要求越来越高。某型方舱车屏蔽性强,机动性好,指控能力较强。该车中安装了多种无线通信设备,电磁频谱复杂。舱体设计采用夹芯板结构,并且进行工艺优化以增加舱体和线缆的屏蔽性。为进一步分析电台天线间的相互影响,针对车顶天线的布局特点,对天线频谱进行了分析。应用电磁仿真软件FEKO导入CAD模型,并在不同天线各自的频段进行对比仿真。结果显示,天线间耦合度满足<-20 dB的指标要求,车顶天线布局合理。 The shelter was a kind of rigid box loading body,which had a significant development in both military and civil fields.The shelter vehicle had good mobility so as to be widely used in various fields.With the deterioration of battlefield environments,the electromagnetic compatibility requirements on command and control vehicles have been much higher.A certain type of shelter vehicle had strong shielding,good mobility,and strong command and control ability.A variety of wireless communication devices were installed in the vehicle,and the electromagnetic spectrum was complex.The cabin was designed with sandwich panel structure,and the process optimization was carried out to increase the shielding ability of cabin and cable.In order to further analyze the interaction among radio antennas,according to the layout characteristics of top antenna,the antenna spectrum was analyzed.By puting the electromagnetic simulation software FEKO into CAD model,the comparative simulation was carried out in different frequency bands between antennas.The results showed that the coupling between antennas met the requirement of less than-20 dB,and the layout design of top antenna was reasonable.
