On the Situation and Evaluation of Urban Public Transportation Safety Administration

随着中国城镇化进程的推进,城市和人口规模不断扩张,给城市公共交通安全带来巨大压力和挑战。政府安全监管和企业安全管理水平发展速度与日益扩张的城市公共交通网矛盾逐渐显现。围绕城市公共交通管理现状,从主管部门安全监管、企业、从业人员及营运车辆安全管理等角度分析问题,并提出相应的改善对策。

With the development of urbanization process in China, the city and population scale expand rapidly, bringing huge pressure and challenges to the urban public transportation safety. The contradiction between the development speed of government safety supervision and enterprise safety management and the expanding urban public transportation network is gradually emerging. This paper focuses on the current situation of urban public transport management, analyzes the problems from the perspectives of safety supervision of competent authorities, enterprises, employees and vehicle safety management, and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures.
